I worked with Matt Denis in the service department...

I worked with Matt Denis in the service department about a month ago when my Honda was having severe coolant leaks as well as a recall on the passenger airbag. It was determined that my repairs were all covered under warranty and under the recall, but that they would need to keep my car for up to five days. This was difficult for me as a college student who is far from home, but Matt recognized this and the next day I got a call from him saying my repairs were done sooner since he knew I relied on my car! It really meant a lot to me that they got the repairs done so quickly at extra effort for themselves. I'm very thankful for the top-notch service I received from Matt and from Manchester Honda and will be back again!
