I waited 1 week and 2 days for my laptop to be repaired but i want to mention that 2-3 days were lost on the courier deposit/delivery and we are excluding the wekeend. I was okay with the idea because i've got emails and sms from them with the current status of my product. (it's possible to check on their site too)
I got my laptop back with all my stuff, also the box was well packed.
