I am now on my third lease of the XC90. My first two leases were with Kundert Volvo in which I used their Service Department up until I moved closer to Prestige. Although I was not thrilled with Kundert, I found Prestige to be a far worse Service Department. So very unprofessional! Almost to the point where I was not going to get another XC90 even though I LOVE the look of this vehicle. FORTUNATLY, I decided to give Smythe a try and was lucky enough to have worked with Deborah Amster. She was AMAZING! I have had a few trips to the Service Dept. and they are always accommodating. I recently had a wonderful experience, I can't even believe I am saying this, due to past experiences with other Volvo Dealers Service Depts, but it truly was an awesome experience thanks to Regina and Brandon. They really went above and beyond for me and it is much appreciated. Thanks SMYTHE for not dropping the ball the day I signed my Lease as the other dealer did in the past!
