I have been trying to contact BBB for four months ...

I have been trying to contact BBB for four months now and no answer!
At this point, i'm upset with BBB and the person who I ordered my shirt from. It is now 2/11/16 and I placed my order on the 5th of November. Where is the help that I'm suppose to receive BBB?
