Norris cylinder is a joke when it comes to their workers...they bring people on at $9.75 an hr and work them from 6months to a couple years without direct hiring. I worked there for 11 months and mastered around 10 pieces of equipment on the finishing side of the plant with no roll over when i was promised roll over after 90 days. Highly unrecommended for the average person looking for a job.
