Call the hotel customer service at 11 o'clock on Saturday to ask if you can make an appointment for afternoon tea on the day. The telephone customer service informed that the afternoon tea appointments were full on that day, but they could be "waiting for". So I left the information and arranged "alternate." The telephone customer service informs the start of the afternoon tea at 2pm, and the standby will be notified at 3pm.

I waited until 3 o'clock and did not receive a notification. It wasn't until 3:30 when we called by ourselves, and the telephone customer service told us that we could go to the scene. (The customer service did not take the initiative to notify, so you have to verify yourself that it doesn't value customers...)

We arrived at the afternoon tea restaurant at about 3:40, and the restaurant welcoming service staff did not take the initiative to inform the afternoon tea dining time to be available until 5 pm. When it's almost 4 o'clock in the dining room, the staff will check out at the next table in less than 10 minutes. We took the initiative to ask the service staff, and the service staff informed that the afternoon tea is served until 5 pm.

The dining table was not clean, too dirty and sticky.
The meal feels very ordinary. Another order of white wine spaghetti, it tastes sour!
I have eaten so many white wine pasta, none of them are sour.
Asked the service staff, the service staff told, "The liquor used in Hanbi Building is different from the outside ones, and the ones used are more special."

The view is nice...
But... the professionalism of food service is terrible!
Never come again.
