I noticed that one of the tires on my Odyssey seemed to have a slow leak, but wasn't sure. So, I called the Kadlec Service Dept and asked if I could bring my car in that day and have a service tech actually take the tire off the car and test it to see if there, indeed was a slow leak. The woman in the Service Dept was very friendly and accommodating and worked hard to find a spot th ey could squeeze me in on that same day that I called. After arriving at Kadlec, the people at the service desks were very courteous. And, even though I had been squeezed into the busy schedule, my car was ready in an hour. Dennis Thompson was the service rep I worked with that day. He was friendly and courteous, explained everything, and answered all of my questions. I've had Dennis as my service rep on many occasions when I've brought my Odyssey in for routine servicing or other things and Dennis has been great each time-- good service, courteous, and friendly. Thank you Dennis!
