First off the views were amazing from the top of the slide and location wise it is easy to get too.

However the bad parts, after going through security checks and putting everything in the lockers I had then walk back to the lockers as they needed proof we have paid even though there is one way into the place.

We ended up waiting over 30 minutes after our time slot to go on.
The worse part was you stop inside the tunnel with 10-15 meeters to go and have to crawl the rest. If you have any degree of claustrophobia this part was not nice. I imagine the stoping early is because the mats you go down on are worn out or the slide needs greasing.
This happend on every person from watching the monitors of people going down.


Explain at reception and said someone may of used it.So im guessing staff members cash them in after.
