UPDATE: Owner, Joe, called day after I posted my review. He reassured me he would talk with Russell and work on their communication. He also discounted my bill which was very much appreciated. So, while I still am not happy with my overall experience,
I commend their effort in making it right.

10/10 would NOT recommend. Worked with Russell on a kitchen countertop back in JULY of 2020 (it is not November). Was told 7-10 business days from measuring to installation which changed to 10-15 business days, which took the entire 15 business days for a small 8' x 8' kitchen job. The installation guys showed up about 2 hours after the quoted time, cracked a piece of the quartzite backsplash (& didn't say anything about it), broke a vase of mine (again, didn't say anything about it) and did a very sloppy job of putting it in and destroyed some walls in the process. (See photos) Anyway, the crack took them over 2 months to coordinate to come and fix, and then was not checked on by Russell for over a month until he realized I still needed to pay the second half of my bill. So, would not use again, would not recommend, this was not a cheap job, but I'd honestly pay more for better service, communication, & no issues to drag on for OVER 3 MONTHS. Wow...
