Ok, so this is why. I had a person ( now in jail) steal my checkbook and old ID and write a check there to gamble with. I went there to report the crime after she was arrested. They did NOTHING at the time. Then they sent me to collections for the check idid not write. Now because ofthe damage that was caused, i have to claim bankruptcy.
