What a great experience!! This is a very laid back experience. You can either take this tour at your own pace or you can pay an additional $20 US or $40 Barbadian dollars for a guided tour, which is what we did. He explained EVERYTHING to us step by step, giving us the history of the location. It's a former sugar cane factory which was built by slaves back in the 1600's. With some of the original structures still standing today!! It's a family run operation that takes family very seriously. They have a children's playground where kids can go while their parents do the run tasting... I would highly recommend going here.
