Came in for an oil change from 30 minutes away that we thought was covered with our lease. Turns out it wasn t but they covered it for us anyway due to the miscommunication. Not only that, we waited for the car and was in and out in 30 minutes. They didn t want us to wait long having 3 kids with us. Customer service like this will make us look at their dealership for our next lease.
