This is a horrible place to send your loved ones I had to call and advocate just so my loved one could speak to a doctor. Your loved ones are not safe they have violent patients that attack other patients I witness this first hand during visitation the staff does nothing to deescalate any of the behaviors before it gets out of hand . There is no where to visit with your loved ones staff are not properly trained to deal with mental illness they are not helpful very rude . I have actually filed a complaint with the state . They need to immediately address the violence and where they hold visitation. Never mind the fact that it took four days before my loved one saw a doctor and that s only because I kept calling until he saw a doctor.You send your loved one here to get help they are just put in a stressful hostile environment. If I could put 0 stars I would . This is unacceptable please avoid placing your loved one here at all cost s. I have been in the medical field for 22 years and I have never seen a more unorganized Poorly manged facility and I ve seen a lot in my career. The only good thing is that the building is beautiful. But our loved ones are not here for it s beuty they are here for help . That they do not receive.
