I expected more, perhaps due to the reviews I found before bringing my pup here. While the content was good, the execution wasn t the best. Also, the office side didn t seem to have it together. Overall, it was ok for the money if your dog lacks most skills, but it left me feeling like I was just another cog in their business, rather than a valued customer.
