Friendly knowledgeable staff, looking to help with a need rather than just make a sale. Service department is efficient and won't try and sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need, will advise what's a necessity and what can wait.... 2019 update: Purchased a new vehicle, Chris helped guide me through the process and made the purchase very easy and pain-free. Will continue to use Courtesy for service and purchases, would highly recommend.
