I have a 2015 TLX and had a service last week from Zack Taylor. I went there for oil change service and some noise issues from my left rear tire. I asked him if there is a problem with my tire or wheel. He said he will get back with me after a mechanic checked on it. I waited for an hour but he still didn't get with me. I HAD TO GO TO HIM AND ASK IF THERE IS A PROBLEM. He said no major issues. (I believe he didn't even check on it because I STILL hear squealing sound.) I strongly don't recommend to get a service with him. It seems like he doesn't have any motivation to work there. I always prefer to go to dealer to get a service for my car but this incident totally changed my mind. Giving one star is still too much for him.
