Absolute terrible experience!!! AVOID!!!

I don't even know how to start as I could write thousands of words about this awful experience. Let me try to keep it short:

- 23 June they changed my lock as my house keys had been stolen.

- 24 June in the morning I tried to unlock the door the first time and couldn't get out. I was on my way to the airport. I called Able Group and the very rude woman I spoke to said that they couldn't help, she would call me back later that day - they never called back.
In the end I managed to throw a key out of the window, which my neighbour used to unlock the door from the outside.



One of the worst services I have ever experienced.
