I love the care I receive. HOWEVER, during my visit this week I was astonished. I was there because I recently took a bad fall and was having trouble with dizziness and balance. To get my lab drawn, I walked and walked, couldn t find Quest, and when I finally did, I found it was closed for lunch. Strangely inconvenient.

Then I had to get a CT of my head. Dizzy, off balance, and walking for the first time with a cane, I had to find another building, go thru trial and error to try to get there, and finally made it to the Founders Building. Then I got to stumble back.

This seemed totally unreasonable for a 74 year frightened woman who is dizzy and at risk for falling.

Nonetheless, my cardiologist inspires me with confidence seems truly concerned for my welfare. I am fortunate to have found him.
