They gave me a room without the showbooth door. It was obviously intentional-if someone broke the door of the showbooth, the hotel shouldn t have used that room for customer-and I ended up changing the room but they never even apologized. Very terrible service and I would never go back here.

It made me very upset thanks to the start of the trip.
I arrived late on the first day and tried to shower after a long flight, and the shower booth was missing a door. At that time, it was difficult to ask for a room change, so after washing roughly, I went down the next day and asked. There was no apology, and the staff fluttered in Italian for a while and said that I would send another staff to check.
Then, without checking, he called the room and asked if he wanted to change the room. Even then, I did not apologize.
If the snot-sized shower booth doesn't have the door itself, it needs to be repaired. It was very bad because I thought it was racism, and I felt bad twice at the attitude without apology. I don't want to go again.
