I've been a regular at this studio for a few months now and I can't recommend it enough. The classes are dynamic and engaging, always pushing me to my limits. The instructors are fantastic, providing clear instructions and modifications for different levels of fitness. The atmosphere in the studio is welcoming and motivating. The only downside is that the website could use some improvement in terms of user-friendliness. But overall, Sweet Physique is a great place to get fit and have fun.
