The counter staff (Asyna) was inpolite and give us face which I don't think that should be as a front desk person. We will not given the rooms of what we want and requested per our booking about 1 year ago. So I ask why but she argue that "the requests will just our request only but not necessary the hotel will give!". Thru the conversations and my enquires to her during the check in, she seems answer or response in a rude and unpleasant manner. That eventually made our check in experience feel not pleasant. And another incident which my sister request to the counter thru phone several times for room cleanup but unfortunately the counter person inform unpatiently that someone will do it in few minutes and also no one come up to clean.
But the room is clean and cleaners are quite nice and polite.
