I am a condo owner in a property that Touchstone's HOA department used to manage. In the years I've needed their assistance, response has always been quick and kind, and they have solved the problem correctly. I was very satisfied that they were our HOA management company. Recently, our Board changed HOA management companies. I am dealing with a problem in my unit caused by the outside, and the new HOA management company has been difficult and provide contradictory misinformation. I soooo wish we could have Touchstone back! Thank you, Kathy Louderback and Tom Kaiser, for always being so helpful.
