Terrible check-in process. Elevators had long line...

Terrible check-in process. Elevators had long lines. Clean room and spacious. Wifi was down for our entire visit. Staff rather unhelpful. Met Jay Leno in the elevator - that was cool. Won't be staying here next time. TV quality terrible (not HD).
