I would actually give them no star at all, if that would be possible here.
They are very rude, unprofessional, and they do not care at when there are any issues with the house. Furthermore they are very expensive!
And be careful with your deposit!!! In the end they try to not have to pay it back, so make pictures in advance and write down all the details about the condition of the house (even if it is just dirty). Jules is neither honest nor professional, and will try to charge you for everything.
