We rented a car stroller for our daughter. When we returned it, the family before ours had a girl who was given a green car, but she wanted our (it was red) the lady at the counter said there was a strict policy: no changing colors. The poor girl must jave been 3 or 4. She refused to get in her car. Clearly they could have made an exception cor her. Really bad customer service!
