I love going to ameristar but after this incident, i don't think we will. We recently had a 2 night stay at ameristar, and i was so happy for this 2 night stay as it has been a while since i have been to the casino. Me and my husband are regular gamblers and ameristar is our casino of choice. I just want to say that Kaitlyn in security is very rude and nasty and she needs to be out of security or need more training and she also should not get in guest face screaming and feel she can do what she wants. But i will say the hotel staff and valet was very nice.
