LTS built my contemporary home back in 2006. 13 years later, the home is super solid and only has minor maintenance issues that are normal wear and tear - 2X6 inch stud construction is key. Not only that, we had a 10 year warranty included, and they came out and made any minor fixes that needed to be done (e.g., bilco cellar doors were a little tight to open - they fixed it immediately!)

I highly recommend them. Just be sure you think about your heating/cooling system as you're going through the process. I should not have gone with forced air in the Poconos at our elevation. Inefficient for heating in really cold temps.

If you ask lots of questions, and educate yourself through the process, you will get the perfect house you want and with the right builder - LTS.
