Update: The rep I was working with did reach out to me personally to formally apologize. Still ending up going with a different company, but appreciate it none the less.

Looks like they are good at what they do, but it was painful to get timely responses from them when we were looking into getting a new website. When I gave the feedback that I was concerned about the slow responses prior to moving forward with a project that was almost $100,000, I was responded to promptly letting me know that they are already plenty busy with current clients and that I was not a priority. Not even an apology. In my opinion, this company may do a good job, but the client-relationship skills appear to be extremely unprofessional. You may be treated as more of a number rather than a customer.
