PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GO.............This is lite...

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GO.............This is literally the worst system. They have established this new rule that We have to carry civil ID while traveling and with out you can neither enter nor exit the country. The name on CIVIL ID should exactly match the name on the passport. I was born in Kuwait and right now I m 16. My name on the passport is Zuhair Khan Zakir Khan but when my Civil ID was made 16 years ago, some idiot wrote my name as Zuhair Khan Zakir Khan Haroon Khan as my Dad s name is Zakir Khan Haroon Khan. When I tried correcting on their website, I was told to pay 5KD for their rule and their mistake, when I checked my name again it was still the same and not yet corrected. When I went to correct my Civil ID in Ahmadi passport office personally, their attitude was very rude and ignorant. It was so rude that one of the staff was smoking even when there was a poster on the wall saying no Smoking. I bared the harassment for 3 days and there was no information were to go or which counter should I go to. No staff is able to communicate in English which was very sad and embarrassing. I was being harassed for their mistakes. They told me to go to the embassy of PAKISTAN though I am INDIAN in order get a paper as a proof of my name. That same day the government of Kuwait had published an article in the newspaper that no expats need to go to the embassy but the staff at the Ahmadi passport office weren t listening. I had to go all the way to the Indian Embassy to get the paper. When I went to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs somewhere in Fintas in order to get a stamp from an officer, I paid 5KD to buy the stamp but had to get it signed but then I was told that the person who is authorized to sign is not available as the AC in his room isn t working?! Am I a fool running around for their mistakes?! Then I went all the way to the Libration Tower in Kuwait City under which there was another Ministry Of Foreign Affairs office. It took barely 15 minutes to get it signed?! But now the Ahmadi Governate was closed. The next day (Wednesday) I got the paper signed in the passport office and went to PACI to get it corrected. Today it s Sunday and it s still under process, I have to travel in 2 days but now I can t. I am so frustrated that I left my work and was typing all of this to inform people about it.
