I was driving on the highway and experienced a problem, called Subaru Canada...no one picks up the phone.. July 30, 2019... 4 hrs later at 3:33pm, no one is still picking.. what kind of company is this...
This is the last time Im dealing with Subaru when my lease is up.
Poor customer service. From the business manager downwards..presently lease a 2014 subaru. No change to customer service. Leave a msg for the Business mgr, you would think they would me to renew the lease but not.. will look to other dealerships.
