Lance did another outstanding job as the Service Manager for my 2018 Honda CR V. He always asks the right questions to better understand the nature of the car problem. Moreover, he keeps the customer constantly informed while the car is being serviced. He is engaging, friendly and an excellent member of Apple Tree Honda's service team. I will insure I choose him for further service for both our Honda's. Please convey my comments on this review to him. Thanks!
