Very knowledgeable and patient. Aaron was very friendly and I look forward to our fallow up call. Not able to address all the issues but they were willing to bend over backwards to help me out. I have some ideas to throw around with the sales rep. I understand the wanting to do a full tear off of the roof and all the decking too satisfy the warranty requirements but I simply can't afford that.
