On Oct. 27, 2020 at about 7pm I was shopping with my two toddlers kids and wife, When all of the sudden this guy came out of nowhere and started to took pictures of us inside the store. I told him not to do that. He immediately as us for our immigration status and started to threaten us, saying that we will hear from him soon. Once again I told him to go away and he started to yell at us all types of racial slurs and swearing. I went to talked to the Store manager at Kohl's in Wheaton, IL that's the place we were at. When the manager told us he shouldn't be taking pictures from customers inside the store. When he saw me talking to the manager he got scared and went almost running out the store, I was already with the Police on the phone talking to the dispatcher. as he was heading out he never stop saying racial slurs. I was able to took some pictures of the vehicle he was driving.and I got his PLATE # E423772 from the State of Illinois
