Went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation and received great service from Service Advisor, Jeff. He went over the multi-point inspection form for my car and even physically showed me the cabin filter that needed replacing. They had nothing to hide in servicing my car as they brought me to the back where the technician, Nathan, was already working on rotating my tires. I was told that it would take an hour and a half but was out of there just under an hour. Quick, transparent, and friendly service
