They lack the meaning of hotel and are not honest in speech. The receptionist requested to withdraw the security deposit of LE400 for each night of each room. I asked him to reserve the amount in the card and agreed, but he lied and withdrew a large sum and was received only after a period of exit. I checked it before I left. The room cleaners and gatekeepers are very very annoying. The location of the hotel is excellent and the waiters are respectful. The hotel is particularly rundown with floors under 25 because it is not renovated
