I had the best experience working with Michael Rutland Jr. As a first time homeowner, I was completely new to this process and I am so thankful that he was my loan officer. He was so engaged in the process and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I had everything that I needed. He took the time to explain things to me and made sure that I understood what I was agreeing to and the alternative options available for me. I really liked that he did not try to push anything on me just to make sure that my loan went through if it was not a good fit for me. We went through this process during the Christmas/New Year holidays and he still made sure that he responded to all of my inquiries in a timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone that I encounter.
