It was a sad experience to say the least, I am currently a premier pass holder and have always enjoyed the theme parks and atmosphere it brings. Today my perspective has changed as I went to the parking section to be told the parks were at capacity. I deemed it not to be an issue until the employee decided to show aggression towards me when I asked if there was any chance of the parks opening later. He would go on to state that I would have to deal with it and find out myself. What made matters worse is he wore a team leader vest, not a very good leader if he treats guests like that. Employees like this is what will make me cancel my pass, very disappointed.
