I am disappointed with the lack of organization and communication on the part of customer service ...
we contacted pelican in early July by email, 2 weeks have passed and no news ... so we tried to contact them by phone and after 2 hours of waiting to get the line the guy said: we will call you back .. 1 week later no news.
I then contacted via Facebook, they asked for my contact details and other info on the requested part and then I see that they have simply not looked at the message for several days ...
in short in order to solve my problem I finally found something similar in the hardware store and I repaired myself ...
it's disappointing to buy a product and not have access to after-sales service ...
the kayaks are very practical but if you have a problem you have to solve it yourself ...
Too bad !
