Super friendly staff. We had a great time despite terrible weather conditions. Multiple food options in the lodge, as well as Sugarbush Village and Waitsfield. I would not recommend driving here when it's snowy or wintry mix without at least 4WD or winter tires -- the roads are plowed, but they're still hilly and a bit small. There's reliable shuttles that go to a few hotels/condos and between Mt. Ellen and Lincoln Peak, and an app to track them called Transit.
