I handed over IELTS 2 times. Submitted for review - the results were positively reviewed. Money hung already for 2 weeks after the agreed 2-3 months. No new certificate.
And by the way, their examiner John was looking at me strangely. Maybe because I also didn t look at him and decided to put it for talking in IELTS 6 with the rest of the IELTS average of 8?
