My accident happened on 8th Decemeber 2017. I was put on to New Law by National Accident Helpline and will never do this again. They have no interest or compassionwhen dealing with your claim. I have had to instigate every bit of minimal communication. I have sent another complaint today and have decided that i will be contacting the ombudsman on the service this company offers but does not follow through on. I have had numerous case managers and waited 8 months for a neurologist apt to be arranged which i find disgusting, (good job there was nothing life threatening). I will never recommend this company of the back of the service i have recieved so far. I hope to hear something soon to get my claim finalised and settled, but i suspect New Law will take full payment for the little work they have done.
