First, I do not understand all these negative opinions. It is true that the quality score displayed on Google is bad. However, it does not really reflect reality. In addition, discontented people often make more noise than satisfied people.

For my part, I had to find an apartment urgently, Interimob was very responsive. I filed my file at the beginning of the week, the week end the file was accepted.
At the level of the inventory, everything went smoothly (the external provider was very nice). The few anomalies (cleaning windows, damaged mailbox) were repaired very quickly.

I have not yet had to go to the state of exit, but for now I highly recommend.
