After searching RVA for a quality shop for my piercings and tattoos, I ve decided that Lucky 13 is my forever go-to place. There is a reason they ve been voted the Best Tattoo Shop in Richmond!
I ve gotten several piercings from J-sin and each visit has been a great experience. He s very professional and helpful. I was nervous and he talked to me to make me feel more at ease. He was quick and it has healed beautifully.
I ve also gotten several tattoos from Angel and each one is better than the last. He was patient as I decided placement and even offered suggestions for improving the designs.
Each visit, everyone I have encountered is friendly and you can tell they love where they work. I always leave with something better than I expected walking in. I look forward to my next visit!
