Worst customer service. I ordered something express. I don t understand why drivers don t have a company phone just like any other mailing company. I will NEVER order anything through you guys again. The lady on the phone that I spoke today was rude and didn t even care that I paid for the express shipping. I understand that I don t have a buzzer but there are always people walking in and out of the building your lazy employee just didn t want to come upstairs. I will make sure to recommend everyone I know not to order anything through your company. This is why Amazon is better they make sure you get your package and treat their customers with respect and care. If I could give your company less than 1 star I would.
