Today we placed a call in Bonita Springs for service at 11 am. We were told the tech would be there by 4pm and so we waited. At 3pm we called back to confirm and were told that there were calls ahead of us on the Cape and it would be later than 4. There was only ONE call ahead of us at 11am but we were told that the tech had 7 calls come in "on the cape" . Basically the techs simply didnt want to come to Bonita Springs despite being a current customer! They kept us waiting all damned day and for NOTHING!!! Do NOT waste YOUR time like we wasted ours!!! We will not use this company again. I would post NO stars but yelp wont let you.
