I have owned a couple of Lexus automobiles and they have been truly amazing. Before trading in my 10 year old Lexus GS350 with 240k miles on it, I had met with Ryan several times and over several months, each time trying to determine if it was time to get into a new Lexus or continue with routine maintenance and small items which popped up (brakes, tires, oil changes etc). Ryan worked with the service team and their service techs, and although his job is to sell cars, on 4 occasions, Ryan and his team advised me to fix the small problems we had, rather than push a new car on us. When you have an honest sales and service team like that, you'll have loyal customer for life. They certainly do with us. Ryan made everything so easy when it was just time to make the move into a new GX460. Thank you for your teamwork, honesty, and doing the right thing for your customers. - RJB
