I've been here for a night so far (out of 3) but so far I love the property. The only downside is that windows in the tower cannot be opened at all and there are very few rooms with terraces! I was moved up to the 14th floor from the 6th for a better view but that's about it. I find the staff very friendly and breakfast was pretty nice on the beautiful garden. It's definitely a good choice especially if you've got AMEX fine hotels and resorts benefits.

I toured the gym and lap pool and they look pretty swell. No outdoor pool unfortunately but its hard to find any decent pools in BA from what I've seen.

The architecture and artwork is stunning BTW!

PS: Florencia was very helpful and accommodating in changing the room and assisting.

PPS: after my first 24 hours I ve realised the service is quite inconsistent. This country has a problem and this hotel too!
