I've lived in Boulder 6 years now with various rental options, and this experience with Sunnyside has been the best. Might be worth noting I'm now working here instead of a uni student. The apartment is fabulous & the complex has a great pool + rent is really reasonable (for Boulder prices). Maintenance requests are completed within 2-3 days tops.
