Horrible service, they wasted 3 days trying to get...

Horrible service, they wasted 3 days trying to get my insurance done, and the end result was me having to follow up 6 times until i finally got a answer from them saying they can't do it. Its better to just dirictly contact a insurance company rather then calling them or filling out their online form.
