Was quoted a price twice to take a CR-V off the lot. Just before picking it up, got a call that they made a mistake on the quote and it would be $500 more. Was about to go elsewhere when the owner James Frederick called me and said they would honor the quoted price. Appreciate the customer service from the top, thank you
